2. Registration and participation is open to UK residents over the age of 18 years.

3. Employees of IBG PLC, its subsidiary companies or any persons involved in the production of pickthem.co.uk, and their relatives, are excluded from taking part.

4. The passing of privileged information to any third party is not permitted without the entrants consent. Please refer to our privacy statement.

5. Unfinished or incorrect survey submissions will be null and void and not eligible to be entered for the prize draw.

6. An entrant's details must be entered correctly to qualify for entry.

7. Prize draw winners will be selected from the date given on the survey introduction page each month. The precise length of each prize competition is at the sponsor's discretion. Entries outside these periods will not qualify for entry.

8. pickthem.co.uk accepts no responsibility for incomprehensible, indecipherable or incomplete entries. Contestants providing incorrect address/email details are liable to disqualification.

9. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

10. The prize winner shall be informed by telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date.

11. Entrants may only answer each survey once. The management reserve the right to exclude anyone from the competition at their absolute discretion.

12. The management's decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into.

13. All entrants hereby agree that they may be included in any relevant publicity surrounding the prize draw.

14. The prizes are non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. pickthem.co.uk may substitute for any prize an alternative of the same or comparable value, if, at its absolute discretion, they deem it necessary.

15. By participating in the pickthem.co.uk survey entrants agree to be bound by all entry rules, terms and conditions and by the conditions, which are final in all matters.

16. The interpretation of these terms and conditions and any others which may from time to time apply shall be according to the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising there from.

17. pickthem.co.uk offers prizes in good faith following agreements with third parties. While it is unlikely, and whilst we will make every effort to avoid such occurrences, IBG PLC cannot be held responsible for the failure or tardiness of these companies in delivering the prizes they have promised.

18. No entry by automated entry devices is permitted.
